Bag Filters
Nirafon Acoustic Cleaning Systems serve as an effective supplement to existing Pulse Jet and Reverse Air mechanisms for proper bag cleaning. This gentle cleaning method reduces pressure drops, prolongs bag life by minimising mechanical stress and strain on them and also helps in reducing compressed air / inert gas consumed by conventional cleaning methods. Acoustic cleaning is also highly effective in solving flow problems in hoppers and is the ideal cleaning method for Glass Bags.

Nirafon Acoustic Cleaning Systems (NACS) are highly effective in keeping baskets of Regenerative Air Preheaters (RAPH) clean, thus preventing them from getting choked with ash deposits. This results in improved heat transfer efficiency and reduction in pressure drop across the RAPH. Use of steam soot blowers is minimized / eliminated, leading to better life of baskets as there are hardly any chances of erosion of heating elements otherwise caused due to impingement of high velocity steam during soot blowing.

 
 
Nirafon Gas Pulse Cleaning System creates much higher sound pressure peaks by combustion of a mixture of air & gas, capable of cleaning high temperature areas upto 1400°C which are beyond the range of traditional acoustic cleaning systems.
